What does it cost?
Detailers set their own prices against a fixed spec, so you're comparing the same work across a real range. Enter your postcode to see what the people who cover you actually charge.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of jobs happen while people are at work. We need access to the car and somewhere safe to work around it — a driveway, a bay, a quiet stretch of kerb.
Do I have to provide water or power?
Most detailers on Orka carry both. The few who don't are marked before you book, so it's never a surprise on the day.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us within 48 hours. We'll get the detailer back to put it right, or refund you. Every detailer on the platform carries public liability cover.
What happens if the slot falls through?
That slot just went — here are the next three. You'll get alternatives from detailers covering your postcode before you've had to chase anyone.
